This is what happens...

...when you get together with a creative photographer and a photogenic photographer and some studio lights. Amazing what a few props and poses can do to a (photographic) personality! Fellow Brighton and Hove Camera Club members Juliet and Mehrak - Juliet provided the fantastic props and creative ideas and Mehrak doubled as a fabulous model. :)

Confession

This is a shockingly embarrassing confession, but here goes... I HDR-treat images sometimes just because they would otherwise look very boring, but for some reason or other I want to work on them regardless. Well, here is one such image. It's only a snap from our walk at Friston Forest today. I suppose I liked the S-curve of the road... hardly amazing, but I like it enough to present it here. I may regret it later.



Nah, I won't regret it later. This is where I am in my photography at the moment, and that's fine. I'm learning all the time.

Amaya

After a morning walk at Ditchling Beacon I drove to London to see Monika and Amaya. This is going to be another post of "I will post more photos when I have time to edit them"... so for now, just the one:

Brilliant excellent fantastic! It's snowing! It's been snowing since last night.

My action shot practise continues. This time with this incredible flying puppy.







We were at Birling Gap, and went to see the beach next.
