Mamiya M645 J

I just got my first medium format film back from the developers! Exciting!

I took these shots on Wednesday at Tide Mills, by the sea in Newhaven.

I didn't mean to have the dog in this shot, but he just walked into it and wouldn't go away, so I asked him to sit down.

And the last one in the evening in the studio.

I bought the camera at a camera fair in Brighton last Sunday. Here's what it looks like: http://www.camerapedia.org/wiki/Mamiya_M645 (except I don't have that prism thing at the top, and mine is the 645 J, which is a stripped-down version made in 1979.)

Hmmm... I like a lot of what I've seen of your work here. What made you go for b&w? Just curious 'cos it's my favourite medium.

Hi there,

I guess I just wanted to re-visit older technology. Definitely will be taking more B&W from now on.

Lots of stuff in your blogs... will have a better look when I get a chance.
